… says Ifeanyi died from drowning
The Lagos State Police Command says that the autopsy carried out on the corpse of Ifeanyi Adeleke, son of Davido and his fiancée, Chioma Rowland, indicated that the deceased died due to drowning.
This was disclosed by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, on Saturday, saying that Ifeanyi got drowned.
The Daily Vendor had earlier reported that Ifeanyi Adeleke, Davido’s son, was said to have drowned in a swimming pool a few days ago at the residence of the singer.
Also, police questioned some of the singer’s domestic workers, including Ifeanyi’s nanny, who is still under police custody.
“Autopsy has been concluded. It confirmed the boy (Ifeanyi) died by drowning,” Hundeyin confirmed.
According to him, the two suspects still held in custody are undergoing investigations.
