A moderately aged bike rider, distinguished as Biola, is dead in the wake of being beaten by policemen in the Bornphoto zone of Ibadan, Oyo State.

“The officials requested for N50 and when Biola disclosed to them he didn’t need to provide for them , they hit him with their rifle and beat him pitilessly
