The Anambra State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described Gov Willie Obiano’s sixth year in office as uneventful.
The Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Nnamdi Nwangwu said the government of the day really has nothing to celebrate and that the APGA controlled government has taken the state backward these six years.
“We have been shouting at the top of our voices over extortion and exploitations going on under Obiano, but his attack dogs will not want to hear the truth. Today, Resident Doctors are on strike in the state. The private schools are also on strike due to what they called extortionist tendencies of the APGA government. The taxes and levies imposed on the traders are outrageous. We can go on and on.
“There is infrastructural decay in Anambra State, infact many of the roads commissioned by Chief Willie Obiano to mark his six years in office are dilapidated. It is only the lap dogs of the government that are celebrating security situation in the state. The good people of the state know that Anambra is no longer the same.” Nwangwu stated.
He said emphatically that the people of the state cannot wait for Chief Obiano to finish his eight years of poor governance so that they can have a breath of fresh air
