DAAR Communication Boss, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi and seven members of his family, including his daughter-in-law, have tested positive for COVID 19.
According to AIT, a test conducted by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on the Dokpesi family came out positive for eight members of the family.
THE DAILY VENDOR reports that this sad development is coming just three days after Dokpesi’s son Raymond Dokpesi Jnr, tested positive for the virus and was moved to a treatment centre.
It was however gathered that Dokpesi and other affected members of his family were moved by the NCDC to an isolation centre at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital in Gwagwalada, where Dokpesi Jnr is also receiving treatment.
Speaking to journalists briefly he said, “I am quite okay, and I feel very well.” Meanwhile it was learnt that health authorities in the Federal Capital Territory carried out immediate fumigation of the entire DAAR Communication Headquarters building on Kpaduma hills in Asokoro District of Abuja.
