There is serious pandemonium currently in Enugu, as members of the IPOB clash heavily with the police.
According to The PUNCH, there was serious tension in Enugu State, on Sunday, when police operatives clashed with members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
It was gathered that two persons had already died in the conflict.
Also, it was learnt that many members of the IPOB were injured.
Over ten IPOB members were arrested, according to an eyewitness.
Efforts to reach the state’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Daniel Ndukwe, were not successful as of the time of filing this report.
On his part, the Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Ahmad Abdurraham, did not answer his calls.
