PAKISTAN: Traders, social activists and political parties leaders in Landikotal staged a rally in support of state institution on Friday.
The rally was organized by political parties leaders and trader which was also participated by local government representatives. They were holding flags of different political parties in their hands.
The rally participants marched from Bacha Khan Chowk and gathered outside Landikotal press club. The participants also chanted slogans against Imran Khan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party.
Speaking on the occasion Pakistan Muslim League district Khyber general secretary Sajid Afridi,Yasin Shinwari, Faridullah Shinwari, PML-N minority leader Fanyas Sultan,Pakistan People’s Party leader Khayal Rasool Shinwari, Pasban party tehsil Landikotal president Salman Shinwari and others said that PTI had become an anti-state party.
Sajid Afridi alleged Imran Khan that he had decided to fight with the security forces who were the defenders of the state borders. He said all the citizens love their security forces and would stand side by side with their soldiers. He said Imran Khan was trying to fulfill his fail attempt which was his gross misconduct in the history of Pakistan.
The Muslim League leader said that PTI was working on a foreign agenda to defame establishment and destanlize the country. He added the so-called long march by PTI was aimed to weaken the state solidarty and integrity. He asked the state institutions to take actions against Imran Khan and PTI leadership.
The Pakistan Democratic Movement(PDM) leaders said that due to the repeated road blockades, protests and agitation by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had severely suffered Pakistan’s economy. They said each citizen was the soldier of Pakistan and would stand by the state’ institutions at any cost.
They said Imran Khan playing with the life of Pakistanis and their country’s integrity just to remain stuck with the prime Minister chair.
They said all political parties leadership and civil society categorically condemn the Imran Khan false and baseless allegations that only earned a bad name for Pakistan.
