Soludo’s Massive Road Construction breeding urbanization in Anambra – Commissioner

Anambra State Commissioner for Culture, Tourism and Entertainment, Mr Don Onyenji has attributed ongoing massive urbanization in various parts of the State to giant strides of the current administration in the area of road infrastructure.

Onyenji disclosed this at a dinner and unveiling ceremony of the Soul City Estate Obosi, which took place in Awka the state capital.

He explained that the state, which he said has remained the safest in the country was fast becoming the first investment destination for both Nigerians and foreigners.

He said, “Anambra ranks number one in Southern Nigeria in terms of ease of doing business. So, we’re not surprised that investments are coming.

“It also remains the most secure state of the federation and Mr Governor is intentionally building roads across the state. Tourism is booming as more investors are coming in”.

Onyenji extolled the vision behind the Soul City Estate, Obosi which he observed was in line with the Governor’s target to build Anambra into a livable, mega smart city.

“We welcome Soul City Obosi to the state. It so strategically sited that wise investors will want to invest there.

“The location of Soul City Estate at the base of the Second Niger Bridge is a huge assurance of the right investment.

“Everything expected to be done for safe investments by the public has been done and investors are safe. The waterways around the estate is the anchoring factor,” he added.

While pledging government’s readiness to support investors to enjoy their investments in any part of the state, the commissioner quipped, “Mr Governor is on the right track. More things are coming.”

The founder of Soul City Estate, Mr Nnamdi Nwokoye described the project as a

dream come through.

“Soul City is a town of great people. When it is completed, Obosi and Anambra State will benefit immensely from it.

“Our investors from Europe and America will be here soon. Hon. Commissioner, I assure you that as this is starting in your time, it will be completed in your time. We will continue to crave for your continued support for the project,” he added.

In a presentation on the benefits of investing in real estate, Dr Tony Mbeke, opined that Soul City, Obosi is the real wonder land. “This is a place to invest. Real estate investment has no risk. Land investment is one that can change fortunes because lands appreciate at an alarming rate.

“Soul City is located in a hot place where everyone wants to be. Land purchase is a seed you should sow today for your future and for the generation unborn,” he added.

Mbeke however warned the citizens to be wary of where they invest their hard-earned money with a reliable company. Soul City is a reliable estate.

“Mr Governor is opening up our state with Awka 2.0, Ekwulobia 2.0 and Onitsha 2.0.  I strongly advised you to key in,” he advised those in attendance.

One of the investors in the Soul City Estate Obosi, Chief Arthur Nworah, submitted that it’s safe to invest in Soul City. “It’s indeed a good investment”. I encourage others who want to invest in real estate to try Soul City, Obosi.

The occasioned was spiced by Anambra State cultural group.
