Anyaoku symbol of integrity, national pride – APGA Chair

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, has extended his warmest congratulations and heartfelt tributes to Chief Emeka Anyaoku (Adazie Obosi), former Commonwealth Secretary-General, as he gracefully steps into the admirable age of 91.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Dr. Tony Olisa Mbeki, APGA Chief wholeheartedly acknowledged the indelible legacy and illustrious career of Chief Anyaoku, whom he fondly named as one of the finest diplomats that Nigeria has ever presented to the international stage. 

“In his service to both Nigeria and the Commonwealth, Chief Anyaoku has exemplified the utmost dedication, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to the principles of democracy and good governance.

“Chief Anyaoku’s life and achievements continue to inspire current and future generations. He has not only raised the bar for public service but also stands as a symbol of integrity and national pride.”

Barr. Ezeokenwa expressed his sincere wishes for Chief Anyaoku’s good health, joy, and continued contribution to the nation. 

He also called on the young leaders of Nigeria to emulate the esteemed Chief’s dedication to service, his intellectual prowess and his unwavering ethos, in their journey to build a more prosperous future for all Nigerians.
