A staff of Caritas University, a private University in Enugu has reportedly died while on duty.
The deceased, a presenter (names withheld) with the Caritas University Radio is alleged to have died out of frustration following months of unpaid salaries.
Our source who said that life has become unbearable to the staff of the University said that the deceased colleagues has strongly linked the death to the owed salaries.
He said; ” the deceased ,a staff of Caritas Uni radio came to his duty station on the faithful day ( Ramadan holiday) and inquired if their salary had been paid.
“He was told that nothing had happened to that effect. He went into the studio and died while on the air.”
