The Federal Road Safety Corps has confirmed the death of four persons in a fatal motor accident on Enugu-Awka Road on Tuesday.
The Enugu State Sector Commander, Ogbonnaya Kalu, who spoke to our correspondent on Wednesday, said the accident, which involved three vehicles occurred at Wonderful Junction in the Oji-River Local Government Area of the state.
He said the crash, which involved five people, was caused by speed violation and brake failure.
Kalu noted that the only injured victim was taken to Onuigbo Hospital in the Oji-River council.
