LANDIKOTAL: The security forces on Thursday killed three terrorists in an intelligence based operation in district Khyber, ISPR said.
Inter Services Public Relation(ISPR) in a statement said that three terrorists were killed after an intense fire exchange took place between the security forces and terror gang.
ISPR said three, including terrorist ringleader Sohail alias Azmato and terrorist ringleader Haji Gul alias Zarkavi were killed. It said terrorists’ hideout was also busted during the operation.
ISPR said weapons and ammunition were also recovered. Adding that the killed attackers were actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area.
Local residents appreciated the operation. Sanitization operation had being carried out to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area as security forces are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
