…as GOC lauds Oyetola’s support to all strata of security formation in the State.
Osun State governor, Adegboyega Oyetola has commended the leadership and officers of the 2 Division of Nigerian Army, Ibadan, for always displaying high sense of professionalism and competence in the discharge of their constitutional responsibilities.
Oyetola disclosed this while receiving in his office the General Officer Commanding of the Division, Major General Aminu Chinade, who had paid him a courtesy call in Osogbo.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Ismail Omipidan, said Oyetola “also reiterated his administration’s commitment to maintaining and sustaining the enviable status of Osun as the most peaceful state in the country.
“He, therefore, sought the continued support of the Nigerian Army and other security agencies in keeping Osun safe.”
Earlier in his speech, Chinade lauded Oyetola’s support to all strata of security formation in the State.
He also extolled the governor for his love and care for the officers and men of the Nigerian Army since he assumed office and acknowledged numerous achievements of the Oyetola administration, especially its management of the security of the state.
