The Police in Rivers State have directed it’s men to enforce the compliance of the curfew declared by the Federal Government, which begins at 10pm to 4am daily.
Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, DSP Nnamdi Omoni said “We are saying that the two orders are intended to achieve a common goal and that the State Governors have been given the power to put in place measures that will contain Community spread, however when there a is conflict between the orders made by the Federal and that of the state , the federal takes precedence”
