The latest update on COVID 19 released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Thursday revealed that the country has confirmed a total of 7016 cases of the novel coronavirus.
The centre on it’s Twitter handle said the country confirmed 339 new cases of COVID 19 on Thursday, 21 May.
It however announced that a total of 1907 COVID 19 patients have been treated and discharged.
The NCDC also noted that 211 patients have died of the virus related complications.
