Madrassa Students Urged To Spread Peace, Work For Development

PESHAWAR: Religious scholars have urged the outgoing students to play their due role in peace and developent of Pakistan as they were taught the course carrying both Islamic and modern subjects in the seminary.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony held at Jamia Islamia Al-Farooqia at Shahkas, the head of seminary Maulana Muhammad Jaohar and Maulana Zakaria said that besides the religious subjects the seminary also offer modern world subjects to its students to excell in science and computer fileds. They said so far thousands of students got their graduations from the Jamia Islamia Al-Faroqia in the past years. 

Maulana Muhammad Jaohar said this year 461 students had been graduated with outstanding positions in various subjects including history and computer science. He said like the other well-known seminaries in the wolrd their Madrassa also contributing in various fields of life. 

“At this seminary we do not tolerate fectonalism and secarianism which create rift in the society,It is our mession to provide talent and qualified man power to the society who would contribute as religious leader and an expert of medren subjects”,said Maulan Jaohar. He added that they have established a well equiped computer lab and a meuseum at the Madrassa where pupils also get benefits of the Islamic history and research. 

Maulana Zakaria said their pupils were trained to work in their respective areas to promote peace and development. He said charactor building of individuals were the core subject of the seminary.
