King Salman, Alkhidmat Foundation send relief goods to Afghanistan

PAKISTAN:  Alkhidmat Foundation and King Salman Habib Foundation sent 24 trucks of different relief goods to Afghanistan via Torkham border on Thursday.

Additional assistant commissioner of Landikotal Ashrafuddin, Jamat-e-Islami leader Murad Hussain Afridi and AlKhidmat Foundation official Khalid Waqas handed over the trucks to Afghan border official Mulvi Abdul Wahab. 

Khalid Waqas said that Alkhidmat Foundation would continue its humanitarian aid to help the Afghan citizens in such critical time. He appealed to the international community to come forward and help the deserving Afghans on emergency basis who need food,warm clothes and medicines in the chilled cold weather.

Waqas said as goodwell gesture King Salman Habib Foundation has announced 1920 tons of food and non-food items to meet the needs of Afghan families. The first cape of relief goods announced by Kimg Salman crossed in into  Afghanistan,he said.
