The Kaduna State House of Assembly has on Tuesday passed a bill seeking to establish the Kaduna State Legislative Finances (Control and Management) into law.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani the SA Media and Publicity to the Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani.
The statement added that five other bills were passed into law during Tuesdays sitting.
They include; A Bill for A Law to Establish the State Account Allocation Committee , bill to establish the Kaduna State Judiciary Finances (Control and Management) Law 2021, and a bill for a Law to provide for the Establishment of Responsible and Inclusive Land -Based Investment Law, 2021.
Also, a bill for a law to constitute a Law Revision Committee and for compilation of the Revised Laws of Kaduna State and for Related Purposes was passed into law.
The sixth bill passed by the Assembly on Tuesday according Danfulani was a bill for a Law for the Traditional Institutions in state.
He said that all the bills were accepted by the Kaduna State Assembly as presented by their various chairmen.
