Just In: Nnamdi Kanu pleads not guilty to 7-count charge

Trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has commenced at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

The Daily Vendor Newspaper reported that operatives of the Department of State Security produced the IPOB leader in Court this morning to continue his trial.

Kanu is being tried before Justice Binta Nyako of the FHC, Abuja over charges of treasonable felony and terrorism.

Recall that last week, the Federal Government slammed an amended seven-count charge against the IPOB leader.

Kanu has however pleaded not guilty to all 7 Count charges against him

Counsel to Kanu has presented an application for his client to be transferred to Kuje Correctional center.
