PAKISTAN: Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan along with his key federal ministers and chief ministers on Friday visited Inter Services Intelligence(ISI) secretariat in Islamabad, official sources said.
Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar were also present on the occasion.
Director General Inter Services Intelligence Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid welcomed the dignitaries at the ISI secretariat.
Federal minister for religious affairs and interfaith harmony doctor Noorul Haq Qadri, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhunkhwa Mehmood Khan and chief minister of Balochistan Jam Mir Kamal Khan Alyani also joined in the visit to the ISI secretariat on special invitation.
A comprehensive briefing was given to the National and Military leadership on the national security and regional dynamics with focus on ongoing situation in Afghanistan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan appreciated the diligent efforts of Inter Services Intelligence for national security and expressed his satisfaction over professional preparedness.
