A 23-year-old student, Nosicelo Mtebeni who was doing her final year at Fort Hare university was murdered and chopped by her 25-year-old lover, Aluta Pasile before packing her dismembered body in a suitcase for allegedly cheating on him.
According to reports available to The Daily Vendor Newspaper, Pasile confessed to the killing of his girlfriend and disposing of her body after cutting it.
The incident took place in a room they both shared in Quigney, East London after he managed to unlock Mtebeni’s phone while she was asleep on the 16th of August night. He said he confronted her the following day and the argument went physical. He pushed her against the wall, resulting in her sustaining fatal injuries.
It is also stated that for cover up he bought tools for cutting Mtebeni’s body before packing her dismembered body in a suitcase and a bag, then dumped it on street around the place they were both staying at.
Body of the Law student was found on Thursday at the corner of Fitzpatrick Road and Fleet Street and the head and hands were still on suspect’s possession in their room.
Lately it has been reported that Pasile abandoned bail and rejected legal assistance and the case was postponed to 28 September while he remain in custody.
