The Ebonyi state Governor, Chief David Umahi yesterday suspended indefinite the Development Centre coordinator of Ishielu DC, Mr. James Abba over alleged indecent behaviour and acts inconsistent with his office.
In a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Dr. Kenneth Ugbala and made available to Leadership Weekend adviced the
embattled council boss to handover all government properties at his possession.
According to the Statement: “The Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Nweze Umahi has ordered for the indefinite suspension of Mr. James Abba, from office as
Coordinator, Ishielu Development Centre with immediate effect.
“The indefinite suspension is as a result of indecent behaviour that is not expected of public office holder.
“Consequently, Mr. James Abba is directed to handover all government property in his possession to the Management Committee Member 1 of the
Development Centre( DC) before the close of work on Thursday, 20th August, 2020″.
