Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Anambra state, Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa has admonished corps members discharged from the 3-weeks orientation course to follow up training in their various chosen skills to perfection in the different skills centres across the local government areas in the state.
Baderinwa gave the advice while presiding over the closing ceremony of the 2021 batch B stream 1 orientation course in the state.
She reminded the corps members of the expectation of everybody on the contributions of youths, enjoining them to endeavour to translate all the lessons from the orientation course into practical terms as they move into the nooks and crannies of the state.
She also urged them to report promptly to their places of primary assignments and be part of the developmental strategies of their communities.
High points of the ceremony was the recognition of corps members that excelled during the 3 weeks orientation course, amongst whom was the corps Camp Director Anyacho, Ebuka Darlington AN/21B/0076.
A total of 2256 corps members were discharged from the orientation camp.
