…as Soludo congratulates couple
Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has reassured the couple blessed with sextuplet, Mr and Mrs Celestine Uzodike from Omogho, Orumba North Local Government Area in Anambra State of government massive assistance.
Press Secretary to the Governor, Christian Aburime in a statement said the governor has given assurances of the State government commitment to providing massive assistance to the couple.
He added that the Governor had since sent warm congratulations to the couple.
The statement reads, “This has expressly debunked social media reports alleging that the State Government has “abandoned” the couple.
“Report about the incident was received in the office of the Governor by close of work on Friday last week and by today, Monday, January 16, 2023 Governor Soludo has given assurances of the State government commitment to providing massive assistance to the couple.
“The sextuplet were delivered on January 8, 2023.”
