Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has expressed sadness following the death of his personal assistant.
A personal assistant to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, Abdulateef Suleiman has died at a private hospital in Abuja on Wednesday morning.
In a statement, Bello’s Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammad, gave the cause of his death as sepsis shock and cardiac arrest.
“The deceased had been on admission at a private hospital in Abuja for the treatment of septic shock but died of cardiac arrest Wednesday morning at the age of 41.
“He will be buried later on Wednesday according to Islamic funeral rites,” it read in part.
Suleiman will be buried in Abuja.
