Barely 24 hours after a new COVID 19 patient emerged in Anambra State, the state has once again recorded two new cases of the deadly pandemic.
The latest development brings the total number of COVID 19 cases in Anambra to 8.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed that the country recorded a total of 265 new cases of COVID 19 on Saturday.
In a breakdown of the daily confirmed cases of COVID 19, made available on the centres Twitter handle, it said “265 new cases of #COVID19;

The new cases bring total of cases recorded in Nigeria to 7526.
The centre however said a total of 2174 patients have been treated and discharged, while 221 deaths have been recorded.
