The Bayelsa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Abuja, on Monday nullified the election that produced the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), candidate, Senator Duoye Diri, as Governor.
The Tribunal held that the election was unlawful due to the exclusion of the ADP and its candidate, King George, from the November 16, Governorship Election.
Meanwhile, the tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to conduct a fresh election within 90 days.
