Some Okada and tricycle riders in Lagos, on Monday, protested their ban by the Lagos State Government.
It was gathered that during the protest in Ijora area of the state, the riders reportedly clashed with men of the Nigerian Police.
According to a report, the clash occurred when the policemen attempted to disperse the protesters.
It was said that during the protest, which started around 8.21 am, the protesting bikers blocked the Ijora road and started burning tyres.
It will be recalled that the Lagos State Government had banned motorcycles and tricycles, including the popular Opay, Gokada and Max ng starting from February 1.
