Delta State has recorded it’s highest single-day spike in COVID 19 cases since the pandemic first hit the state.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) during it’s daily COVID 19 infection update confirmed that the country recorded a total of 241 new COVID 19 cases on Tuesday.
The update by the NCDC showed that Delta state accounted for ten new cases of the total number released for Tuesday.
The latest development brings the total number of cases confirmed in Delta State to 98, while total number of confirmed cases in the country have rose to 10819.
