A former Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Company, NNPC, Joseph Dawha, is dead.
A sources from the family made this known to newsmen that he died on Monday after a sudden illness.
According to information, Mr Dawha was appointed GMD of NNPC to replace Andrew Yakubu by former President Goodluck Jonathan in August 2014.
The deceased hailed from Borno state and had served previously as the group executive director, exploration and production of the corporation.
He was at a point the managing director of Integrated Data Services Ltd, IDSL, a subsidiary of the NNPC.
