Body of the Nigeria’s President, Muhammad Buhari’s former chief of staff Abba Kyari was flown to Abuja on Saturday morning in a private aircraft
The plane touched down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at 9 am.
On hand to receive the body were government officials including former Secretary to the government of the Federation (SGF) and Chief MKO Abiola’s former running mate, Babagana Kingibe, the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Rufai Abubakar and Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.
Report confirmed that the corpse is currently being conveyed to Defence House, located in Maitama for the fidau prayers before the burial at a cemetery in Abuja with only a few persons allowed to attend.
