Anambra state oil magnate, Chief Anthony Enukeme, popularly known as TONIMAS is dead.
The Chief Executive of Tonimas Oil and gas group, who died Monday night, after a brief illness, clocked 75 last January.
Enukeme had been the Chairman of traditional Prime Ministers in Anambra State for a long time.
The deceased, a devout Roman Catholic, was to celebrate his 50th wedding anniversary on May 2, but was cancelled due to the global pandemic.
A family source, said he died following travel ban occasioned by the coronavirus pandemic.
He said, “He used to travel overseas every year on routine health checks but couldn’t go because of the pandemic.”
