Brazilian UFC star, Paulo Costa has slammed his Nigerian rival Israel Adesanya for his ‘disgusting’ celebration after winning their fight. Paula Costa, the Brazilian UFC star who was defeated by Nigerian middleweight undefeated champion, Israel Adesanya, has described the Nigerian has human trash, for his celebration after the fight on Sunday.
Costa said the celebration is disgusting and disrespectful, that it only qualifies Adesanya as human trash, and he wants revenge. The Brazilian has gone on to request for a rematch between himself and the Nigeria UFC star, Israel Adesanya.
It should be noted that the bout in Abu Dhabi on Sunday ended with Adesanya defeating Costa in the second round, with a total knockout, that saw him retain his UFC middleweight title.
Paulo Costa wrote on his Instagram handle, “I come here to talk about what Adesanya, the human trash did after our fight, I didn’t see it when I was there [in] the cage but I saw now and I disapprove 100 per cent, I want revenge. To me, this is [personal] now. Nobody will stop me. Nobody can stop me.”
