The presidential bid of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) standard bearer, Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 general elections has gained momentum in Nnewi North Local Goverment Area of Anambra State as AtikuOkowa Campaign management committee was inaugurated over the weekend.

The inauguration ceremony took place at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Secretariat in Nnewi, Anambra State on Saturday.

He noted that PDP is one of the biggest party in Africa and that with the caliber persons in the presidential campaign management committee and the presidential campaign council, it would be a smooth sail for the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar come 2023.

Nze Okafor appealed to the carefully selected persons to work with unity of purpose so that PDP can record an outstanding success in the presidential polls.

He recalled the pivotal role played by Dr Alex Ekwueme in setting up PDP and expressed optimism that PDP would win the 2023 presidential election even as he urged the members of the management committee to be hard working.

In his acceptance speech after the swearing in ceremony officiated by Ven Peter C. Okeke of Nnewi Anglican Communion, Hon Okey Ofor on behalf of the management team pledged to be hard working.

Hon Ofor however appealed to all members to put their hands on the deck for success of AtikuOkowa presidential project.
