Few hours ago, the biggest reality show in Africa, Big Brother Naija, returned to screens with the promise of glitz, drama, controversies and premium entertainment.
The fifth edition was themed ‘Lockdown edition’.
The season commenced with a usual live show hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who unveiled the 20 new housemates to be in the Big Brother house for 10weeks.
The housemates stepped into a newly remodelled house which has also sent tongues wagging about its splendour.
This season, the organisers of the show and the headline sponsor, BetWay, have promised an edition filled with twists, turns, and a lot of drama.
This edition has kept social media buzzing as usual and Nigerians have started reacting already about their favourite housemates.
A busty Dorathy broke the internet immediately she came on the show, with two ‘Marlians’ represented. A Prince from the East; the youngest contestant, Nengi, 22; a rapper from Lagos among others, have had fans of the show talking non stop about the drama that is to come.
Housemates in this edition will contest for a winner-takes-all N85million prize.
