A Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Toronto police station at Uratta, Owerri North LGA, Imo state was reportedly caught on camera fighting a motorist for scratching his car.
In the video which has gone viral on social media, the DPO was seen dragging the unknown man. He was later joined by some junior officers who also pounce on the motorist before dragging him away.
