…Says the aim of the cleanliness drive is to improve and ensure a hygienic environment
LANDIKOTAL: Tehsil Muncipal Authority(TMA)along with local administration kicked of 15-day long cleanliness drive in Landikotal on Monday.
Assistant commissioner Landikotal Irshad Ali Mohmand,additional assistant commissioner Rameez Khan,tehsildar Dawood Khan Afridi,tehsil Municpal officer Shahbaz Khan,Naib Tehsildar Ghuncha Gul and Bazaar Zakhakhel tehsildad Zebullah afridi,addtional station house officer Azmat Wali and civil society members were and bazaar union representatives took part in the opening of the cleanliness drive.
Talking to reporters, assistant commissioner of Landikotal Irshad Ali Mohmand said that the drive was launched on the directives of high ups. He said the aim of the drive was to improve and ensure the hygienic environment of Landikotal. The officials collectively removed garbeges dumps at various places in bazaar and requested the bazaar inmates to take care of their shops,streets and roads. He said they would also take action against the encrochment in Landikotal drive.
